The first beginners class of 2017 starts on Sunday 15th January at 9.30am

• These sessions are stuctured to suit both juniors and adults from 8 to 80 years!
• Classes are taught by experienced instructors.
• Training program designed to ensure you will be competent for your first grading at 3 months.
• No financial outlay to start.
• Train FREE for your first 3 sessions. (train in sports kit initially)
• Free High Quality Gi (uniform) provided on joining.
