Training Times

Friday:
18:30 to 20:00

Sunday:
09:30 to 11:00

Our Kyu grading is successfully behind us, congratulation to everyone who passed their exam and stepped up on their way in Karate. Remember to focus and work hard and the results will come. Well done!!

Please remember to stick to our dojo etiquette. It is undoubtedly part of Karate training and you should read through and remind yourself of these important rules i.e. keep your nails short for your own safety and that of others. Bow when entering and leaving the dojo etc.

Also, please remember to bring your gum shield and mitts to every session; without them you will not be allowed to take part in kumite drills, meaning you will miss out on the fun of sparring.

Competition:

We are organising a friendly competition with Sensei Ben’s club, Crouching Tiger Karate on Sunday 9th July, to be held at our dojo in Performance hall. It will start at 0900 and finish at 1300hrs.

Everyone is welcome to participate and try their skills, or just come along to offer support and watch.

We are looking for volunteers to help on the day; if you are interested, please contact Sensei Jiri for more details.
