Sunday:

As we approach the end of 2017 we can take a look over the past year and say that we have really enjoyed being here for you and training with all of our students.

Over the past year we have welcomed a number of beginners who wish to start their journey in Shotokan Karate and so many of our junior and senior students have stepped up with their training and graded, reaching their next belt. It is an incredible journey for all of us including our instructors. By teaching we also learn more about our students, Karate and about ourselves.

We have had our own competition back in July run with our friends from Crouching Tiger where all our students could test their skills and have some fun. The winners received their medals and certificates and everyone really enjoyed the experience.

As usual we are having our regular Christmas lunch where all are welcome with your families to have a chat and enjoy some fun on the last training day of this year.

Please remember our last training session this year is on Sunday 17th Dec 2017 and our first session in 2018 is on Sunday 7th January.

Thank you everyone for your support, discipline and dedication and we look forward to new challenges next year.

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful time spent with your loved ones and look forward to seeing you all in 2018.
